Return Policy

At Sanoy, every product is created with care and precision.
We take great pride in our quality standards, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and fair return process to make things simple for you.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging — including all safety seals, sleeves, and labels.

  • The product must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered products cannot be accepted for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email our Customer Care team at returns@sanoycare.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • A short note explaining the reason for return

    • Clear photographs of the product and its current packaging condition

Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners.
Pickups can only be scheduled from the original delivery address unless stated otherwise.


3. Packaging for Return

To ensure your product reaches us safely:

  • Please repack it in its original Sanoy packaging (with protective fillers, outer carton, and all included materials).

  • Packages that arrive damaged or without the original packaging may not qualify for a refund.


4. Return Logistics Fee

A small, flat logistics fee will be applied to cover return pickup and handling:

  • INR 75 for local (within the same city) returns

  • INR 100 for national (inter-state) returns

This charge will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.


5. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery orders will be made through a verified bank transfer.

All refunds are issued by Heugah Luxury Goods Private Limited, the parent company operating Sanoy.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift items, samples, or promotional products included with your purchase

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please email returns@sanoycare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting returns@sanoycare.com.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
