At Sanoy, every order is handled with the same care and attention that goes into our products.
We aim to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping Policy outlines how Heugah Luxury Goods Private Limited (“Heugah”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manages order dispatch, delivery, and related timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
International shipping will be introduced in future phases; updates will be posted on www.sanoycare.com and our official social channels once available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods (festive launches, sales, or national holidays), order processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always notify you by email in such cases.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.

These are standard estimates provided by our courier partners.
Unexpected delays due to weather, customs checks, or courier constraints may occasionally occur, but our team will monitor every shipment and assist you if needed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is offered on orders above the threshold value displayed during checkout.

  • For orders below that amount, a nominal delivery fee is applied and shown before payment.

  • All applicable charges (if any) are inclusive of packaging, handling, and courier fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an automated email and SMS with your tracking ID and link.
You can also view your order status by logging in to your account on www.sanoycare.com.
If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to returns@sanoycare.com for assistance.

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or recipient unavailability:

  • The courier will make up to two re-attempts.

  • If the package is returned to our warehouse after repeated failed attempts, we can reship it upon payment of the additional delivery charge.

Please double-check your address and contact details during checkout to avoid such delays.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

We take extensive precautions to ensure secure packaging and handling.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Do not accept tampered or open parcels.

  2. Immediately email returns@sanoycare.com with photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

8. Incorrect or Partial Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect product or an incomplete order:

  • Notify us at returns@sanoycare.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Share your Order ID and relevant photos.
    Our team will resolve the issue by arranging the correct shipment or issuing a refund where applicable.

9. Ownership & Risk

All products remain the property of Heugah Luxury Goods Private Limited until full payment is received.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package is delivered and signed for at the provided address.

10. Address Changes After Order Placement

Address modifications are accepted only before dispatch.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot alter the delivery location.
To request a change, please contact returns@sanoycare.com immediately after placing your order.

11. Force Majeure

Heugah Luxury Goods Private Limited shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, or lockdowns.
